Start your adventure with an introduction to the origin of cocoa and the different production areas worldwide. You get to know the types of cocoa beans and learn about harvesting and sustainable production supported by VanWynsberghe Chocolats. You taste chocolates of origin from Peru, Madagascar and Ecuador, exploring their varied aromas and flavors in a unique sensory experience.

Continue your experience with a tasting of Patagonian truffles, made with local flavors such as rosehip, fruits of the forest and lavender flower. You learn to distinguish the quality and complexity of these chocolates that represent the region.

Finish with a gourmet spicy chocolate tasting, where you discover how spices such as cardamom and pepper enhance the flavors of semi-sweet, milk and white chocolate.
