It is inspired by Argentine cuisine with fire techniques. It is based on haute cuisine with the most deeply rooted traditional techniques. The objective of this cooking class is to teach the different fire techniques: embers, wood oven, discs, tupiña, flames, among others. It also includes the symbolic experience of mate with its respective language and tradition. The class takes place at the winery's grill where the suggested techniques are carried out. The wines that accompany the class are chosen by the visitor, who can opt for Críos, BenMarco or Susana Balbo.
