At 8:30 a.m., we will pick you up at the hotel and, in approximately 60 minutes, we will arrive at Bodega Diamandes or Bodega Rolland, located within Clos de los 7, a unique setting that allows us to tour the vineyards while enjoying a spectacular view of the Andes Mountains. At Diamandes WineryIts Wine Bottled Estate philosophy highlights the elegance of Mendoza's terroir, fused with the Bordeaux touch of its owners. The winery is distinguished by its strong commitment to sustainability, applying environmentally friendly techniques and producing organic and vegan wines. On the other hand, Rolland Winerylocated in the heart of the Uco Valley, is the winery of renowned winemaker and consultant Michel Rolland. Its architecture, which imitates a cube, has become the dream of many winemakers, thanks to its functional design that optimizes all aspects of the winemaking process.
Our lunch will be at Zuccardi winery in Valle de Uco, located in Finca Piedra Infinita, Paraje Altamira, in San Carlos. Zuccardi is a winery awarded for the second consecutive time as the best in the world and in South America by more than 500 international referents. The building is a tribute to the mountain, which defines both the climate and the soils of the region, the construction was made with natural elements, local stones, round, white, limestone. It is made of cement from the outside in, from the stone walls to the concrete pools. In its restaurant "Piedra Infinita" and, accompanied by a unique scenery of mountains and vineyards offered by the winery, we will enjoy an 8-course menu prepared with regional products with a delicate gourmet expression paired with Zuccardi wines.
