The sled is suitable for children over 4 years old.

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

It is advisable to book in advance, as sledding slots can fill up quickly, especially in high season.

Wear thermal and snow clothing; the weather can be very cold and severe.

The excursion is not suspended due to rain.

Bring water to stay hydrated, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and snacks.

Cancellation policies

During the pre-sale stage (up to and including June 20):
At the time of booking, the total cost of the tour must be paid in full. All payments made at this stage are non-refundable. By making the payment, the client expressly accepts this condition.

Cancellation policy as of June 21 (after the end of the pre-sale):

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the start of the tour: 90% of the total value of the tour will be refunded. An administrative fee of 10% will be retained.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the tour: no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
