We pick you up at 7:00 a.m. to start this full day trekking. We leave by the national route N° 7, advancing and following the trail of the old trans-Andean railroad, where we find unforgettable landscapes. We pass by the town of Cacheuta, the Potrerillos reservoir and the Uspallata valley. We also visit the Puente del Inca, a natural bridge with unique geological beauty and declared World Heritage by Unesco. After 3 hours of travel, we arrive at the park ranger office, where we process the entrance pass to the Aconcagua Provincial Park. At noon we start trekking to the Confluencia camp located at 3300 meters above sea level. We go through the circuit of Lagunas de Horcones, until we reach a suspension bridge, and then, we continue through the Quebrada del Durazno. Along the way we make several stops to rest and enjoy the box lunch that we offer. After touring the Horcones valley, we arrive at Confluencia, where, in addition to taking short walks around the camp, we can see its infrastructure, full of equipment, geodesic tents and mountaineers from all over the world.
