We start our tour leaving from the city of Mendoza, where a few kilometers away we will take route N°52, the old route used to cross to our neighboring country Chile, a road full of history, since General San Martin traveled through here with the Army of the Andes in the liberating campaign.
Our first stop is at the Canota monument, which represents the point where the army was divided in two. We continue our way until we reach the Vaquerías post, an old place of "baqueanos" and muleteers, and today, the place where the first Ranger Station of the Villavicencio Natural Reserve is located.
Advised by specialized guides, we will get in touch with this delicate ecological balance, which covers 70000 hectares of extension. Then, we will continue along the 365 curves road, which gives its name to the route of the year and where we will travel part of the snail trail.
Finally, after taking pictures of the Villavicencio ravine from above, we finished our walk and went to see the historic center of the Villavicencio Hotel and its gardens.
